These Terms of Service govern your use of our online store at dancas.shop and any purchase you make from it. By placing an order, you agree to them. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order.
Who we are
This store, which sells under the brand Mimo, is operated by Agustin Daniel Casas, based in Sydney, Australia. Contact: casasdan6@gmail.com. The store runs on Shopify, but your purchase contract is with us, not with Shopify.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and give us accurate information. We sell for personal use, not for resale.
Products and prices
We describe our products as accurately as we can, but colors may look slightly different on your screen. Prices are shown in the currency displayed in the store. Sales tax, if it applies, is calculated at checkout. Shipping is free. If a price is clearly wrong, we'll contact you so you can choose to pay the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
Orders
You'll receive an email confirming your order. We may cancel an order before it ships if the product is out of stock, if there's a pricing error or if we suspect fraud. In that case, we'll refund everything you paid.
Payment
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Your payment is processed securely by our payment providers, and we never store your full card details.
Shipping and delivery
We currently ship to the United States. Delivery times and conditions are in our Shipping Policy. We're responsible for your order until it's delivered to the address you gave us.
Returns, refunds and our guarantee
Every order is covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee. See our Refund Policy for details. We're the seller and we stand behind your order, even though it's shipped directly by our supplier.
Product use
Use our products as described and follow any safety instructions. Our pet products are designed for grooming and are not a substitute for veterinary care.
Intellectual property
The text, images, logos and design of this store belong to us or our licensors. You may not use them for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Acceptable use
Don't use the store for anything illegal or fraudulent, try to disrupt it, introduce malware or scrape its content. Reviews you post must be honest and respectful. We may block access for anyone who breaks these terms.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the store is provided "as is", and our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We're not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, or for third-party websites we link to. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your state.

We may update these terms. Changes only apply to orders placed after they're published.
Governing law and disputes
